We have a variety of merge fields available for your communications so you can pull individualized information from the system into your communications.

Include these options as written below, including the brackets and capitalization, for them to populate correctly in your notifications.

Address of contact type selected to receive communication. This could vary from location to address. (Includes all address lines, city, state, and postal code).

Example: Mailing, owner, primary etc.

Contact selected to receive the communication's first name

Contact selected to receive the communication's last name

{{CONTACT_NAME}}

Contact selected to receive the communication's full name

{{LOCATION_NAME}}

Name of the location where the assembly is located.

Address line 1 of location associated with assembly

{{LOCATION_ADDRESS2}}

Address line 2 of location associated with assembly

City of location associated with assembly

This is displayed in a table format, and includes serial number, assembly type, manufacturer, model, size, and test due date.

This is displayed in a table format, and includes serial number, assembly type, manufacturer, model, size, test due date, and any text listed in the location/notes field.

Earliest due date of any of the associated assemblies compliance expiration.

Date the communication is automatically generated within SwiftComply

{{ORGANIZATION_NAME}}

Organization (city) name

{{ORGANIZATION_ADDRESS}}

Organization (city) address formatted like the full addresses listed above

This creates a page break wherever it is placed. It is useful for when your preview is showing tables or data split between pages.

This is used for One Time Communications. Anything populated in the "Additional Contents" section of your one time communication will appear where this merge field is placed.
