If you're on the free plan, you'll only pay the nominal fee if you complete a job that was booked through SwiftWorks. There are no hidden fees for quoting, messaging, or creating your profile.

The nominal fee is 9%, plus 2.9% for credit card payments which are handled through Stripe.

When submitting a quote, you will see exactly how the nominal fee is factored in. You will be shown the price you are quoting and the amount you'll receive after the nominal fee.

If a customer pays via cash or check, you will be notified by red text saying Fee hasn't been paid next to the completed order.

Click the green button that says Pay $XXX for service. You'll be prompted to pay via card.
