A brief overview of what SwiftWorks is and how it works for Customers.

We work with city regulators to help food businesses manage their compliance. SwiftWorks is an online service that connects businesses with trusted service providers. We aim to make it as easy as possible for restaurants to connect with local grease haulers. Our goal is to support local communities and help small businesses thrive by building new clients for providers and keeping compliance simple.

Businesses, also referred to as "Customers" within the SwiftWorks platform, create quote requests for individual service providers or all providers in their area. Providers are invited to offer quotes for work and can message the customer directly to understand the job specifics.

Customers select their preferred provider and schedule the service. Upon job completion, the provider uploads the service details and the customer either pays online via credit card or offline directly to the provider.
