If you service food service establishments (FSE’s) in multiple cities that use SwiftComply, you’ll need to switch between cities in order to report pump outs for FSE’s in each different city. When you are selected as the service provider for an FSE in a new city, you’ll receive a notification email that the new city has been added to your profile.

Once added to a new city, select ‘Account’ at the upper right and you’ll see a drop down menu that includes the names of each city you have been added to. Select the city name and you’ll be able to add pump outs for FSE’s in that city.
