Attaching Site Profiles to Forms

How to attach a form to site profiles so it's available for inspections at those sites.

Overview

Site profiles determine which sites a form can be used on, and as which report type. You attach a form to its site profiles from the form's actions menu.

⚠️ Site profiles must be configured before forms can be attached to them. Customers can't create or configure site profiles — Customer Support sets them up. If a profile you expect isn't listed, contact Customer Support to configure it, then return to attach the form.

Attaching a form to site profiles

  1. From the Form Builder homepage, open the form's actions menu and choose Manage Site Profiles.

  2. You'll see the site profiles already configured in the system.

  3. Enable the attachment for the report types this form should cover.

Attachment types

A form can be enabled for these report types on a site profile:

  • Inspection

  • Sample log

  • Rain Event Action Plan (REAP)

  • Training log

  • Custom report

Custom report must be enabled on the site profile first before it becomes available to attach on the form side. If you don't see the custom report option on the form, contact Customer Support to enable it on the site profile, then try again.
