Overview
Service Provider users can unsubmit (reset) a test report, returning it to In Progress status so the service provider can make edits and resubmit. This action is only available for reports in Pending Payment status.
How to Reset a Test Report
Click Test Reports in the left navigation.
Locate the report you need to reset. You can use the status filter or search by assembly.
Open the report.
Click Reset to In Progress.
Click Continue Filling Out Report to open and edit the test report.
Click Save & Submit to resubmit the report.
FAQ
Q: Will I lose the report data when I reset it?
A: No. The report data is preserved. The report simply returns to an editable state so the service provider can make changes.
Q: What if my test report was already accepted?
A: You can reach out directly to the city and they set the report back to “In Progress”. You will then be able to open, edit, and resubmit.
Q: Why do I not see the Reset to In Progress option?
A: The report may not be eligible to be reset. Reach out to your city and request that they set it back to “In Progress”.
