FAQ

Q: Can I search by location name only?

A: The Location Address field is required. You can optionally add a Location Name to refine results, but a search will not run without an address value.

Q: Why don't I see the New Location or New / Replacement Assembly button?

A: These buttons are controlled by organization settings. If they are not visible, your authority has not enabled them for Service Providers. Contact your authority for assistance.

Q: What should I do if I cannot find the location or assembly?

A: Double-check the address or serial number for typos. If location creation is enabled, use the New Location button. Otherwise, contact your authority using the information displayed in the search results message.

Q: Can I search for an assembly by serial number and also see its location?

A: Yes. When you search by serial number and select an assembly, the Assembly Location section appears showing the associated address and location details.
