Accessing the Report Status Page
From the Dashboard, navigate to the Reports section.
Select Report Status to open the table of all reports.

Key Features
1. Filtering Options
Filter reports by their current status:
Draft: Reports still being worked on.
Published: Reports that have been completed and finalized.
Emailed: Reports already sent via email.

These filters make it easy to track reports and locate specific ones based on their progress.
2. Direct Actions
From the Actions menu, you can:
Edit: Make changes to draft or previously published reports.
Email: Send completed reports directly to recipients.
Download: Export completed or draft reports as files.
User Access
The Report Status Page is available to most users.
Restricted and view-only users currently do not have access, but SwiftComply is working on expanding functionality to ensure restricted users can only see reports relevant to them (based on tags).
Updates on this development will be provided as the feature becomes available.
