Setting up Site Notifications

SwiftComply Stormwater allows you to set up site-specific notifications so you can stay updated on important status changes, etc.

Steps to Set Up Site Notifications

  1. Select the Site/Project where you want to enable notifications.

  2. Click the Site Notifications icon in the project toolbar.

  3. f no notifications have been set, the panel will appear empty. Click the Settings icon to configure new notifications.

4 .Choose the types of notifications you’d like to receive and how you’d like to receive them:

  • System notifications: Appear while logged into SwiftComply Stormwater.

  • Email notifications: Sent directly to your inbox.


Notification Types

You can configure any combination of the following notifications:

  1. Status Change Notifications – Alerts when the Site/Project status changes.

  2. Deficiency Level Change – Alerts when a deficiency changes state (e.g., unresolved → resolved).

  3. Deficiencies Past Due – Alerts for past due deficiencies within the last 24 hours.

  4. Missing Reports – Alerts when required reports are missing.

  5. Precipitation Event – Alerts when a qualifying precipitation event is logged.

Saving Your Settings

  • Once you’ve enabled the notifications you want, click Confirm to save your selections.

  • Note: These settings apply only to the specific Site/Project you selected.
