Sample Result Data in SCPT

View and search all sampling results submitted across industrial users in a centralized results table.

Updated this week

Accessing the Sampling Results Table

Once a sample report has been submitted, the sample result data is made available in two locations:

  1. The Sample Report Overview Page (within the individual IU record)

  2. The Sampling Results database (global view)

To access the full database, click Sampling Results in the left side navigation bar. This opens the sample results table view, which displays all sampling data submitted across the system.

Data Behavior and Limitations

  • Sample results appear only once the related sample report has been submitted.

  • Results are read-only: they cannot be edited or deleted.

  • There is currently no "click to view" row behavior. This table is strictly for review and export.

Search and Filtering Options

The Sampling Results Table includes a flexible search and filter experience:

  • Search Bar: Start typing to live-filter results (e.g., by IU name).

  • Filter Builder: Apply advanced filters using conditions across available fields.

  • Clear Filters: Reset filters and view all data again.

Users can also control column visibility and sort order to tailor the view for specific data review needs.

Exporting Data

Use the Export to CSV button to download sample result data for:

  • Surcharge calculations

  • Regulatory reporting

  • Internal analysis

The export will respect any filters or column visibility settings currently applied.
