Video Overview

You are now able to assign an inspector to specific establishments, which defaults inspections to that inspector and allows you to filter establishments assigned to that inspector.

Note: To assign an inspector to an establishment, the inspector must be marked as an inspector in Settings. Please head to the help centre article Team for guidance with this.

Assigning an Inspector to Bulk Establishments

To assign an inspector to a list of establishments at the same time, first filter your desired list of establishments. For more help with using filters to generate a list of establishments, check out the article Managing Establishments.

Once you've generated your list, click 'Actions' and select Assign inspector. You'll be prompted to choose an inspector from the drop down menu. Select the desired inspector, and click Update.
