Before businesses can start staying compliant online they must complete their cities enrollment process. Here is an overview of how the enrollment process works:
1. Navigate to your cities enrollment form, the website is fogregister.com/cityname. Most city regulators will communicate the exact web address, however if you cannot find the enrollment page for your city please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact your city regulator.
2. Fill out the enrollment form to the best of your ability. Answering "I don't know" or "No Idea" is totally acceptable. Cities also use this form to get the most accurate contact information for each establishment, so any information included is useful.
3. Submit the form. You should receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days. The confirmation email will include a unique link to your online business profile, and instructions for entering pump outs online.
If you are a contact for more than one establishment please fill out an enrollment form for each establishment. You will receive a confirmation email with a unique link for each establishment.
If you do not receive a confirmation email in 1-2 days please email email@example.com.
