SwiftWorks has automatic reminder emails that go out a few days and the day before a service for both customers and service providers.

Though you will receive email reminders about upcoming services, SwiftWorks is not a scheduling software. We recommend adding booked services to your normal scheduling program or calendar.

To avoid scheduling mishaps or last minute cancelations, as a service provider, you can add a cancellation fee when submitting a quote. The current average is around $50 USD.
