The forms list

The homepage lists your forms with key details at a glance:

  • Name

  • Status

  • Site profiles attached to the form

  • Last updated

Use the search box to quickly find a form by name.

The actions menu

Each form has an actions menu that includes:

  • Edit — open the form in the builder.

  • Clone — duplicate the form as a starting point for a new one.

  • Manage site profiles — control which site profiles the form is attached to (see Attaching Site Profiles to Forms).

  • Delete — remove the form.

Creating a form

Click Create Form and choose one of three ways to start:

1. From scratch

Build a brand-new form field by field in the Input Builder. See Building Forms with the Input Builder.

2. From a PDF upload

Upload an existing PDF form and the system generates a digital form (and a matching PDF output) for you. See Creating a Form and PDF Output from a PDF Upload.
