Overview
The Structures List View gives you a table-based way to see all structures in your program at once. Before this feature, structures were only visible on the site map. The list view works alongside the map — use the Map/List toggle in the upper right to switch between views. Filters you apply carry over when you switch, so you can filter in the list and then flip to the map to see those same structures spatially.
The Structures List View is available on all accounts with the Structures program enabled. No configuration is required.
Accessing the list view
Navigate to your Structures program.
In the upper right, click the List icon to switch from map view to list view.
To return to the map, click the Map icon.
Columns
The list view displays the following columns by default:
Column | What it shows |
Structure Name | The name of the structure |
Compliance Status | Current compliance state |
Structure ID | Unique identifier for the structure |
Type | Structure type (catch basin, inlet, manhole, etc.) |
Last Inspected | Date of the most recent inspection |
Associated Site | The site this structure belongs to |
Address | Physical address of the structure |
Open Deficiencies | Number of unresolved deficiencies |
Source | Origin of the structure record |
Filtering structures
Use the filter controls to narrow which structures are shown:
Status — Active or inactive
Compliance Status — Compliant, non-compliant, or other states
Structure Type — Filter to a specific structure type
Last Inspected — Filter by inspection date range
Date Installed — Filter by installation date
Filters applied in the list view carry over when you toggle to the map view, and vice versa.
FAQ
Q: Do structures need geometry data to appear in the list view?
A: No. All structures appear in the list view regardless of whether they have map geometry. On the map view, only structures with geometry data are rendered.
Q: If I filter in the list view, does the map view reflect those filters?
A: Yes. Filters carry over between list and map views when you use the toggle.
Q: Can I export structures to a CSV?
A: CSV export is coming as a next-phase feature. Once available, you'll be able to click Download CSV from the list view to export the currently visible structures.
Q: Can I customize which columns are shown?
A: Customize Columns is a next-phase feature. Once available, use it to show or hide specific columns in the list view.
Q: Can I add a structure directly from the list view?
A: Adding structures from the list view is a next-phase feature. For now, add structures from within the relevant site.
Q: Is the list view available on all accounts?
A: Yes — the Structures List View is automatically available on any account with the Structures program enabled. No configuration is needed.
