SSO, Compliance Status Types, and Billing Settings

Configure compliance status types, learn how SSO is enabled, and how billing/subscriptions are managed.

Overview

This article covers how to configure the compliance status types used to classify sites. It also explains how SSO and billing are handled in SwiftComply Stormwater; both are configured by the SwiftComply team rather than from the customer admin panel.

Compliance status types

Compliance statuses classify the regulatory compliance state of a site (for example, Compliant, Non-Compliant, Pending Review). Each status has a name, a color, a display order, and can be enabled or disabled.

Accessing compliance statuses

  1. Click the Settings (gear icon) in the upper right corner of the page.

  2. Click Compliance Statuses.

Adding a new status

  1. Click the add button.

  2. Enter the Name (for example, Compliant, Non-Compliant, Under Review).

  3. Choose a Color for the status.

  4. Select which programs the status applies to.

  5. Click Save.

Editing a status

  1. From the status list, find the status you want to change.

  2. Click Edit under the Actions column.

  3. Update the fields as needed.

  4. Click Save.

Disabling a status

  1. From the status list, find the status you want to remove from use.

  2. Under the Actions column, select Disable.

Disabled statuses are no longer available in the dropdown on site records.

SSO (Single Sign-On)

SwiftComply Stormwater supports SSO through a custom token-based API that can integrate with identity providers like Okta. This lets your users log in with their organization credentials.

SSO setup is configured internally by the SwiftComply team. Customers cannot set up SSO from the admin panel. To enable SSO for your organization, contact the SwiftComply team at help@swiftcomply.com.

Logging in with SSO (once enabled)

After the SwiftComply team has set up SSO for your organization, users log in by:

  1. Going to the SwiftComply Stormwater login page.

  2. Clicking the SSO login option.

  3. Authenticating with their organization credentials (for example, via Okta).

  4. Being redirected back to SwiftComply, logged in.

Billing and subscriptions

Your subscription plan, billing information, and account activation are managed by the SwiftComply team. Contact your SwiftComply account representative for any billing questions, user seat changes, or plan updates.
