Overview
The Municipal Field Activities program tracks field maintenance activities, street sweeping, catch basin cleaning, inlet maintenance, and other field operations. Activities are logged against sites and tracked over time for regulatory reporting.
Logging a field activity
Navigate to the Municipal Field Activities program from the left sidebar.
Select the site.
Click to create a new activity entry.
Fill in: activity type (sweeping, catch basin cleaning, inlet maintenance, etc.), date, and any measurements.
Upload supporting documentation (photos, logs) if needed.
Click Save.
Viewing activity history
Open a site in the Municipal Field Activities program.
Navigate to the activity history section.
View all logged activities with dates, types, and details.
Export to CSV for reporting.

A: Municipal Field Activities tracks individual field maintenance events at specific sites. Sweeping Summary aggregates material weight data by management area for annual regulatory reporting.
Q: Can field activities include catch basin cleaning data?
A: Yes. Field activities support configurable report templates, so your administrator can create templates with fields specific to catch basin cleaning (condition, debris removed, etc.).
