Overview
The Calendar in SwiftComply Stormwater is a central place to view and schedule events: inspections, site visits, follow-ups, and reminders. You can connect a Google or Outlook calendar so your SwiftComply events sync with your personal or work calendar.
SwiftComply Stormwater does not have a separate Scheduler feature or a "My Schedule" view. Use the Calendar for all event scheduling needs.
Accessing the calendar
Click Calendar in the left sidebar.
The calendar opens to the monthly view. Switch between day, week, and month views using the view controls at the top.
Creating a calendar event
Click the date or time slot where you want to add an event, or click the Add Event button.
Fill in the event details (title, date/time, site, description).
To schedule recurring events, toggle Repeat Event when creating the event, then set the recurrence pattern (for example, weekly, monthly).
Click Save.
Connecting Google Calendar
Google Calendar is connected from within the Calendar page, not from Settings.
From the Calendar page, click Connect with Google.
You are redirected to Google to authorize the connection.
Sign in and approve the calendar permissions.
After approval, your SwiftComply events sync with your Google Calendar.
Connecting Outlook / Microsoft Calendar
Outlook integration is also done from within the Calendar page.
From the Calendar page, click Connect with Outlook (or Connect with Microsoft).
Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve the calendar permissions.
After approval, your SwiftComply events sync with your Outlook calendar.
Holiday settings
Administrators can configure a holiday calendar under Settings > Holiday Settings. Holidays appear visually in the calendar view and can be referenced when planning inspections around off-days.
