Overview
Anyone running a pumping or hauling company can create a SwiftWorks account. There's no invitation required. Once your account is set up, you can start adding customers, scheduling orders, and submitting compliance reports.
Creating an account
Go to the SwiftWorks sign-up page (your invitation email or your city's FOG program will link you to it).
Choose Service Provider when asked who you are. (The other option, Customer, is for food service establishments managing their own profile, not haulers.)
Fill in the sign-up form. You'll be asked for:
Email -- this becomes your login. Use a real address you check regularly.
A login secret of at least 8 characters, entered twice to confirm.
Full name -- your name as the account owner.
Company name -- your business's legal name.
Address -- start typing; SwiftWorks autocompletes addresses through Google so the location is geocoded for you.
Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and accept them.
Click Sign up.
After sign-up, you'll be logged in automatically and taken to your dashboard. Take a few minutes to add your first customer so you can start using the rest of SwiftWorks.
Logging in
Go to the SwiftWorks login page.
Enter your account email and the login secret you chose at sign-up.
(Optional) Check Keep me logged in if you're on a computer you trust and don't want to log in every visit.
Click Log in.
Resetting your login secret
If you forgot your login secret, you can reset it from the login page.
On the login page, click the Forgot link next to the login fields.
Enter the email tied to your SwiftWorks account.
Click Submit.
Check your email for a reset link. Click the link in the email and choose a new value.
If you don't get the email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder. If it's still missing, double-check the email address and try again.
FAQ
Q: I picked Customer instead of Service Provider by accident. What now?
A: The two account types are different. The simplest fix is to create a new account with the right type using a different email address. Contact SwiftComply support if you need help.
Q: Can I change my email after signing up?
A: Yes. From the right-hand menu, click Settings β General to update your email and other account info.
Q: Why does the address field auto-fill?
A: SwiftWorks uses Google's address autocomplete so your business location is mapped accurately. Pick the matching result from the dropdown as you type.
