Industrial pretreatment programs generate a lot of moving parts — industrial user records, discharge permits, sampling schedules, inspection results, violations, and enforcement actions. At the same time, industrial users need a straightforward way to submit sample reports and stay on top of their obligations.
SwiftComply Pretreatment brings both sides together. Authority users manage the full lifecycle of pretreatment oversight, from onboarding a new industrial user to tracking violations and generating compliance reports. Industrial users log in to a dedicated portal to view their facility profile and submit reports.
How to Access SwiftComply Pretreatment
SwiftComply Pretreatment is entirely web-based. There is nothing to install.
Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari are all supported).
Navigate to the URL provided by your authority administrator.
Enter your login credentials.
After logging in, you will see your facility portal and can begin working immediately.
💡 Tip: If you do not have login credentials, contact your authority administrator. They manage all account creation and access.
Authority View vs. Industrial User View
The interface you see after logging in depends on your user type:
Authority users see the full left sidebar navigation including Industrial Users, Permitting, Inspections, Sampling Results, Reporting, Configuration, and more. Authority users manage IU records, create permits, configure sample report requirements, conduct inspections, and run reports.
Industrial users log in to a dedicated portal focused on their own facility. They can view their facility profile (name, address, operational details, permit effective and expiration dates), and submit sample reports. Industrial users do not have access to other IU records or authority-level management tools.

A: No. SwiftComply Pretreatment is entirely web-based. You access it through your web browser using the URL and login credentials provided by your authority administrator. No software installation, browser extensions, or plugins are required.
Q: Who do I contact for access to the system?
A: Contact your authority administrator. They are responsible for creating user accounts and providing access. If you are an industrial user, your authority will set up your account and you will receive an email from noreply@swiftcomply.com with a link to set up your password.
