Why Permissions Matter
Apple’s iOS provides strong privacy controls. Each app requires permission to access data and features such as the camera, microphone, or photo library. Adjusting these settings ensures that the app has the access it needs while allowing you to maintain control over your privacy.
Granting App Permissions (iOS Example)
Follow these steps to adjust permissions for the SwiftComply Stormwater app (formerly CloudCompli):
Open the Settings app on your device.
Scroll down to find SwiftComply Stormwater in the list of installed apps.
Tap on the app name to open its settings.
Review the list of permissions (camera, microphone, location services, photos, etc.).
Use the toggle switches to allow or deny permissions:
Green = permission granted
Gray = permission denied
For location services, choose from:
Never
Ask Next Time
While Using the App
Always
Changes are saved automatically. Simply exit the Settings app when done.

Best Practices
