Deleting & Modifying Users

Administrative users in SwiftComply Stormwater can manage account access by deleting users, modifying access levels, or resetting passwords.

Steps to Delete or Modify a User

  1. As an administrative user, click the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Under User Settings, select All Users.

  3. On the Users page, click the Actions menu next to the user you want to manage. From here you can:

    • Edit the user

    • Delete the user

    • Reset the user’s password

  4. If editing, adjust the user’s Access Level as needed. When finished, click Save.

Notes

  • Only administrative users have permission to delete or modify accounts.

  • Changes take effect immediately once saved.

  • Use caution when deleting users, as this action cannot be undone.
