Billing Sync update: Contact ID
A new optional Contact ID field gives billing sync a more reliable way to match contacts from your CSV. If you use billing sync it's view-only (your current process is unchanged); if you don't, you can edit it as a handy place to store an external system ID.
Test Kit Calibration: no longer needs an approved user
When logging a calibration, the reporter dropdown now includes everyone tied to the service provider — even users still pending approval — so you no longer have to wait on an approval just to record a calibration.
"Send Back Report" is back — with improved clarity
Based on your feedback, the button is named Send Back Report again (not "Reset to In Progress"), and a sent-back report now keeps its original result visible in the table — so it's clear it's in progress because it was returned, not because it's brand new.
