Now city users have the option to customize their SwiftComply database even further. There are two new features available for the pump out forms.
Under 'Pump Out Properties' there is now the option to select a check box requiring that all users enter a volume for their pump outs that is larger than zero gallons. This is for jurisdictions where pump outs of zero gallons create tracking issues.
Access this option by navigating to Account > Settings > Properties > Pump Out Properties
There is also now the option to make any new property under Pump Out Properties required. This means any City user or Pumper/Provider that is entering pump outs would have to include an answer to the category that is marked as required.
Access this option by navigating to Account > Settings > Properties > Pump Out Properties > Create Property
