Overview: How to add, edit, and delete notes for Establishment Contacts and Provider Contacts.

Create a Note
Similarly to within Establishments, you may create notes to store information about interactions with contacts. Select the ‘Contacts’ tab from the navigation bar and choose either 'Establishment Contacts' or 'Provider Contacts'.
Find the contact you want to add a note for, and then type, add files, or drag and drop files into the ‘New note’ section of the contact details page.
Edit or Delete a Note
Notes can be edited or deleted from the contact's feed under the 'Notes' tab, by selecting either the pencil icon to edit the note, or the trash can to delete the note.
