FAQ
Q: What types of assets are typically tracked?
A: Storm drains, catch basins, detention/retention basins, treatment facilities, bioswales, permeable pavement, green infrastructure, and any other permanent stormwater infrastructure.
Q: Can I schedule recurring inspections?
A: Yes. Use the Next Inspection Date feature and reporting requirements to set up inspection schedules for each asset.
Q: How does this differ from Structures?
A: Municipal Fixed Assets treats each asset as a standard site with full program features. The Structures program is purpose-built for tracking many individual structures within a single site, with structure-specific deficiency linking.
