SwiftComply FOG users can now print and email pumpout reports straight to FSEs — plus customize how those reports look.
What's new
Print & email pumpouts
You can now print or email a pumpout report to an FSE in a couple of clicks (the recipient must be a contact at the establishment). Opening a pumpout now shows a read-only view first — click Edit to make changes or delete it.
FSEs can access pumpout PDFs
FSEs can now open PDF copies of their pumpout reports directly from their business profile.
Add a header & footer: new "Pumpouts" tab in Settings
A new Pumpouts tab under Settings lets you add a custom header and footer (logo, contact info, disclaimers, branding) so every pumpout report reflects your organization.

Faster, more transparent communication with FSEs, clearer documentation of service, and reporting you can brand as your own.
