Release date: March 2025 | Product area: Auto-Accept, Reporting & Test Reports
This month: clearer Auto-Accept settings, reworded payment messaging, new enforcement reports, a California State Report enhancement, smarter test-report deletion, and a couple of fixes.
What's new
Auto-Accept user settings
An SP org or user now shows the Auto-Accept settings it inherits from your organization level — previously it read "no auto accept settings" even when settings were inherited. The full rules for how the organization, SP-org, and user settings interact are in the guide below.
Updated "Payment Pending" messaging
We reworded the pending-payment count on the test reports page so it's clear the total includes all Service Provider companies you're connected to — explaining why the list filters when you go to pay.
Enforcement report updates
Four new reports make enforcement easier to track: Assemblies Past Due, Locations Past Due, Assemblies Last Test Failed, and Locations Last Survey Failed.
California State Report enhancement
The California State Report now includes PVB assembly types (alongside RP and DC) for all non–air-gap-only numbers — confirmed with the state and several customers.
Test report deletion improvement
Delete and reset actions now match each user type's permissions, with clearer color coding and warning prompts across every report status. See the full who-can-do-what breakdown in the guide below.
Resolved issues
Fixed the "Assemblies Next Test Date" dashboard chart so months 11 and 12 now show scheduled assemblies.
Fixed an error that prevented the "Incomplete Contacts List" from loading.
